The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on November 7, 2007, passed the following bills and resolution on Second Reading by the following votes:
BILL 67 (2007), CD1 Expedited permits. (Establishing a process by which the review and processing of building permit applications may be expedited for a premium fee.)

BILL 74 (2007), CD1 Real property assessment notice. (Repealing Section 8-2.1(d), as Section 9-204 of the City Charter now requires the Council to appropriate a minimum of one percent of the estimated real property tax revenues, one-half of which shall be deposited into the Clean Water and Natural Lands Fund and the remaining one-half of which shall be deposited into the Affordable Housing Fund.)
