EDUCATIONAL SPECIALIST II TWO POSITIONS
Position No. 79329, NCLB Title III, Language Instruction for Limited English Proficient Students, is located in the Office of Curriculum, Instruction and School Support on the island of Oahu.
Position No. 74675, Professional Development and Renewal, is located in the office of the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board on the island of Oahu.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in education with specialization in one or more subject matters appropriate to the areas of assignment. Six (6) years of responsible work experience in education of which four (4) years shall have been in teaching, and two (2) years in curriculum or program planning, as appropriate. SALARY RANGE: EOSR-7, $74,104 to $104,902. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations. All others will be placed on the first step of the salary range which is $74,104.
