BILL 69 (2007) Moiliili-Kaimuki zone change. (Rezoning land situated at Kaimuki, Oahu, Hawaii, from B-2 Community Business District to A-2 Medium Density Apartment District.)

BILL 71 (2007), CD1 Real property tax assessment. (Simplifying the appeal process, where appeals may be settled by the Director.)

BILL 72 (2007), CD1 Real property tax assessment. (Providing for lodging a notice of appeal with the Board of Review by electronic transmission; allowing for paying of costs to be deposited by the taxpayer on appeal to the Board of Review via electronic transmission; clarifying that the costs to be deposited by the taxpayer on appeal to the Board of Review are required to perfect an appeal; specifying the methods, permitted and not permitted, for lodging an appeal; and clarifying the time for lodging an appeal by personal delivery.)
