NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me by law and thereunto enabling, I, James R. Aiona, Jr., Lieutenant Governor of the State of Hawaii, do hereby give public notice that the name of XANDER KAZUMASA KEKIPI PILIALOHA MORGAN shall be changed to XANDER KAZUMASA KEKIPI MITO upon a single publication in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, a newspaper of the general circulation in the State of Hawaii, published at Honolulu, Hawaii.
