Traffic Schedule No. 2007-8
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2007-8 TO AMEND SCHEDULE IV OF SECTION 15-7-2(a)(2) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–15 MPH; SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 15-7.2(b)(3) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–25 MPH; SCHEDULE XVI OF SECTION 15-13.4(a) ESTABLISHING RESERVED PARKING STALLS; SCHEDULE XXI OF SECTION 15-13.9(a)(7) ESTABLISHING TOW ZONES–SPECIFIED TIMES; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS.
Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
a. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by adding thereto the following item:
Koa St., for its entire length.
b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following item:
Kilinahe St., for its entire length.
c. By amending Schedule XVI of Sec. 15-13.4(a) establishing reserved parking stalls by deleting therefrom the following items:
Kapahulu Ave., Koko Head side, distance 44 mauka direction from 60 mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Honolulu Zoo parking lot driveway situated opposite Lemon Rd. for parking of taxicabs.
Keeaumoku St., Ewa side, distance 40 makai direction from a point 2205 makai of the makai curb prolongation of Liona St. for parking of taxicabs.
d. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times by amending thereto the following item:
Kamoku St., Koko Head side, distance 146 mauka direction from a point approximately 47 mauka of the makai driveway (porte-cochere) of Iolani School at 563 Kamoku St., 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 2:00-6:30 p.m. school days; to read:
Kamoku St., Koko Head side, distance 365 mauka direction from a point 193 makai of the makai curb prolongation of Lauiki St. 6:30-8:30 a.m. and 2:00-6:30 p.m. school days.
e. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto the following items:
Belser St., Koko Head side, distance 180 mauka direction from a point 45
mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kaimuki Ave., 6:00 to 8:00 a.m.
Mondays and Thursdays.
Belser St., Koko Head side, distance 120 mauka direction from a point 60
mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Lincoln Ave., 6:00 to 8:00 a.m.
Mondays and Thursdays.
Kino St., makai side, distance 82 Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Hauiki St.
Kino St., mauka side, distance 143 Ewa direction from a point 48 Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Hauiki St.
Kuaoa St., western side, distance 65 northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of Puuanu St.
Kuaoa St., western side, distance 90 southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Puuanu St.
Kuaoa St., eastern side, distance approximately 130 northerly direction from a point 85 north of the northern curb prolongation of Hoalumi St.
Laamia Pl., within its turnaround area.
Manawai St., northeastern side, distance 125 northwesterly direction from a point 20 southeast of the southeastern c.p. of Haumea St.
2. By amending thereto the following items:
Kamoku St., Koko Head side, distance 237 mauka direction from a point 197 mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Hihiwai St.; to read:
Kamoku St., Koko Head side, distance 210 mauka direction from a point 197 mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Hihiwai St.
Reed Ln., both sides, entire length; to read:
Reed Ln. both sides, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.
Kamoku St., Koko Head side, distance 200 mauka direction from 10 makai of makai curb prolongation of Lauiki St.; to read:
Kamoku St., Koko Head side, distance 227 mauka direction from a point 27 makai of the makai curb prolongation of Lauiki St.
3. By deleting therefrom the following item:
Kamoku St., Koko Head side, distance 120 mauka direction from 50 makai of
makai curb prolongation of makai driveway of Iolani School parking lot.
Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
