NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED LAND USE
WITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Board of Land and Natural Resources, State of Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold a meeting for the purpose of a public hearing to receive testimony on the following:

Conservation District Use Application No. OA-3433 for the Kaneohe Ranch and Castle Foundation Administrative Complex Located at Kailua, Island of Oahu, TMK: (1) 4-5-035:003

A copy of the application, the project\u2019s Environmental Assessment and maps of the general location of the area under consideration are available for inspection at the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands, Department of Land and Natural Resources in Honolulu at the Kalanimoku Building, Room 131, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, and at the Kailua Public Library, Oahu.

Any person may testify or present information on the application. If you have a legal interest that may be adversely affected by the application, you may have the right to request an administrative contested case hearing. However, you must make the request either orally or in writing by the close of this public hearing and file a written petition for a contested case hearing within 10 days after the date of this public hearing. If you do not make such a request, or fail to file a timely written petition with the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), you may be precluded from obtaining a contested case hearing and judicial review. See Chapter 13-1 Hawaii Administrative Rules of the Department of Land and Natural Resources and Chapter 91 Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Disabled individuals planning to attend the hearing are asked to contact the DLNR at the above address or phone Tiger Mills at 587-0382 at least three days in advance of the public hearing to indicate if they have special needs which require accommodation.
