REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
POST-ARRIVAL PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN FOR HAWAIIS RESTIVALS AND EVENTS
FOR 2008-2010

The HTA is seeking a qualified and capable Contractor to continue, improve, and expand upon the 2007 Festivals of Hawaii Post-Arrival Promotional Campaign. This campaign must incorporate the core brand values identified for Hawaiis festivals and events, utilize the current Festivals of Hawaii logo, build upon the overall destination brand for Hawaii, integrate a variety of advertising and public relations elements, and reach both English and Japanese language audiences. The campaign is to be implemented on or about January 2008 through December 2010.
