Requires three years of clerical and stenographic experience, one of which involved taking and transcribing minutes of meetings, conferences, hearings or other similar proceedings. Such experience must have included the ability to take dictation at a rate of 120 net words per minute, transcribe notes accurately, and type 40 net words per minute.
