PERSONNEL SPECIALIST II LICENSING & SATE SPECIALIST, POSITION NO. 69987. This position is located in the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in business administration with specialization in human resources management or management including coursework in personnel administration and industrial relations. Four (4) years of responsible professional work experience in one or more specialized areas of human resources, of which one (1) year shall have been in an educational program, agency or system. SALARY RANGE: SR-7, $74,104 to $104,902. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations.
