YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (“DDCA”) will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised States ( “HRS) § 482-6 and upon the petition of Platinum Financial Group requesting revocation fo the trade name “Pacific One Mortagae,” Certificate of Registration No. 217439. The basis of the petition is non-use.

The hearing will be conducted on October 23, 2007 at 9:00am at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Office of Administrative Hearings, 335 Merchant Street, first floor, Honolulu, Hawaii.
