DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC)
The HHFDC is responsible for the financing and development of affordable housing in the State of Hawaii and is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional for the following position:
Budget Analyst
Involved with agency, project and fund budget preparation and variance analysis.
Knowledge of public administration; functions and organization of state government; principles, methods, and techniques of budget analysis; understanding of State budgeting processes; general economic trends; working knowledge of the development process; cost/benefit analytical techniques is desirable.
Candidates must also have a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting or Finance.
Experience in program analysis, planning, budgeting is required. Experience should incorporate the scope and level of responsibility necessary to perform the duties of this position.
