NOTICE OF VACANCY
Asset Management Specialist

The Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA), a State of Hawaii agency responsible for the planning and redevelopment of the Kakaako and Kalaeloa Districts on Oahu, is seeking a Management Specialist to provide support to the Asset Manager in managing all HCDA assets. Desired qualifications: graduate from accredited college; four years of progressively responsible experience in property management, real estate, construction, project management or related fields; strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: management of real estate assets, vendors and property managers; preparation of leases, licenses and rights of entry; representation of HCDA on AOAO BOD; acquisitions and dispositions.
