NOTICE OF EXECUTION SALE
Pursuant to writ of Alias Execution issued in Ranieri v. Palazini, S.P. No. 97-0068 in First Circuit Court, I levied upon and will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidders at the ewa lanai of the Circuit Court Courthouse, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu Hawaii, on May 16, 2007, at noon, all of the interest of Defendant Alice C. Lombardo in:
1. Jewelry, including: (a) 14K bracelet with rubies and diamonds inlay; (b) Seiko watch; (c) double pearl strand necklace; (d) single strand pearl necklace; (e) gold bangle with diamond bar; (f) earrings to match bangle; (g) yellow amethyst stone pendant; (h) heart charm necklace; (i) emerald and diamond ring band; (j) gold bracelet with diamonds; (k) gold anklet with pearls; (l) baby pearl bracelet; (m) gold necklace with rose ball coral; (n) De Venci Swiss watch; (o) puka shell necklace; (p) jade necklace; (q) emerald ring with diamonds; and (r) petit point brooch.
2. Assorted costume jewelry, military pins and jewelry box.
3. Stock in Beachcomber Realty, Inc.
The bid price shall be payable in cash or certified check at the time of sale. Buyers shall take delivery at the time of sale at their sole expense. Plaintiffs may credit bid their judgment at the time of sale. The assets will be sold as is, with no warranties as to title or condition. I reserve the right to reject any bids.
