REAFFIRMATION OF FINDINGS OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT (FONSI) FOR THE KULIOUOU WASTEWATER PUMP STATION MODIFICATION AND FORCE MAIN REPLACEMENT AND SAND ISLAND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT MODIFICATIONS AND EXPANSION FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS
All projects funded under the State of Hawaii Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund Program must undergo a review to determine whether a proposed project will have a significant impact on the environment.
Loan Applicant: City and County of Honolulu, Department of Environmental Services
SRF Project Names: Kuliouou Sewer Rehabilitation and the Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Expansion Phase 1
The City and County of Honolulu has reaffirmed the finding of no significant impact on the environment from further environmental review that was originally issued on April 8, 2001 for the final environmental assessment entitled, Kuliouou Wastewater Pump Station Modification and Force Main Replacement, and May 8, 2001 for the final environmental assessment entitled, Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Modifications and Expansion. These reaffirmations will be revoked if significant adverse information becomes available.
