YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Contractors License Board will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Chapters 91 and 444 to determine whether or not your contractors license should be revoked or suspended, or whether any other disciplinary action should be taken against you. The Petition alleges violations of HRS Chapters 436B and 444.
The hearing will be conducted on MAY 10, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Office of Administrative Hearings, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Additionally, a pre-hearing conference will be conducted on April 11, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Office of Administrative Hearings, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
