The Hawaii Alliance for Community Based Economic Development (HACBED) is seeking qualified consultants to provide services for a community revitalization project. The intent of this project is to research, develop and provide guidance on the development of a section 108 loan program using Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Consultant should be familiar with CDBG regulations, business planning & loan packaging and underwriting principles. This project may also include certain technical assistance services to potential 108 projects. Questions or comments can be directed to 550-2661.
