NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on, FEBRUARY 23, 2007 in the Office of the Purchasing Division, Building C Mezzanine Level, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819 to furnish and deliver of MONTHLY CITY BUS PASSES for Oahu Transit Services, Inc.
The bidders attention is directed to Section 103D-1003, H.R.S., as amended, which provides for preference of printing, binding, and stationary work performed within the State.
