Proposals are invited to develop and assess models for community-based transit-oriented development in selected communities in Honolulus central urban core. The request for proposal is available from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, University of Hawaii at Manoa, 2424 Maile Way, Saunders Hall 107, Honolulu Hawaii 96822; telephone (808) 956-7070. Proposals will be accepted at the above address until no later than 2:30 p.m. January 2, 2007. Proposals received after the time and date fixed for submission will not be considered.
