The Department of Land and Natural Resources, State of Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 195D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold public hearings to receive testimony on the following:
The issuance of a Programmatic Safe Harbor Agreement Covering Hawaiian Goose, Duck, Moorhen, Coot and Stilt for Participants of USDA Farm Bill Conservation Programs and accompanying Incidental Take Licenses.
Copies of the draft Safe Harbor Agreement and Incidental Take Licenses are available for inspection at the Wailuku, Lanai, and Molokai, Lihue, Hilo and Kailua-Kona Public Libraries, the main State Library in Honolulu, and the DLNR-Division of Forestry and Wildlife offices in Wailuku, Lihue, Hilo and Honolulu.
