The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), a State of Hawaii agency, responsible for the financing and development of affordable housing in the State of Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 201H, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership and oversee daily operations for the administration of housing finance and development programs.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited 4-year college or university with a bachelors degree or its equivalent in experience and education. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in the planning, financing and development of housing and familiarity with the requirements of Chapter 201H, HRS. The successful candidate must also possess effective written and oral communication skills and be able to deal effectively with people and motivate employees.
