Notice is given that the following abandoned property:

have been impounded at the Wailua River Marina by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 333 Queen Street, #300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
The abandoned property shall be destroyed and disposed of as junk pursuant to section 171-31.5, and or Chapter 200, Hawaii Revised Statutes. The person(s) entitled to possession may repossess and remove same prior to June 1, 2006, upon payment of all harbor use fees and impound related expenses incurred in connection with the property.
An owner of personal property on or within the abandoned property may claim their personal property by making a written request to the Administrator of the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation that includes satisfactory ownership. any personal property valued at less than $1,000.00 on or within the impounded property not claimed by June 1, 2006, shall be disposed of as junk. The abandoned property is under the custody of the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
Trespassing is prohibited.
