QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OFFICER

Oversees the Utilization Management (UM), Performance Improvement (PI), compliance and planning functions of the AMHD MQ: Bachelor\u2019s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, nursing, or other related field from an accredited college or university; 3 years of experience UM and PI and demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT (PI) COORDINATOR

Supervises and coordinates the PI program and functions for AMHD. Provides oversight for the quality of AMHD funded services. MQ: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, nursing, or other related field; relevant licensure; and 1 year of supervisory experience. 2 years experience in quality improvement preferred.

UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT (UM) SPECIALIST

Responsible for the admission: of consumers to AMHD funded services; the continuous review and monitoring of services utilization; and the provision of reviews, consultation and training. MQ: Bachelor\u2019s or master’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, nursing, or other related field; relevant licensure; and 2 years experience in a psychiatric setting providing professional services. Relevant substitutions for education will be considered with appropriate licensure. Relevant experience in psychiatric or behavioral heath care UM analysis or experience managing psychiatric service resource allocations based on clinical evidence-based practice and fiscal criteria preferred.

AMHD SECRETARY

Provides secretarial services and support for AMHD managers and staff assistance to other employees at the work site. MQ: High school diploma or equivalent with a business curriculum, and a degree or diploma from an accredited business or technical school or community college which included courses in business and knowledge of general office practices and procedures, and 2 years of specialized clerical experience.
