NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

The University of Hawaii is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to assist in the development of a comprehensive automated Facilities Management System (FMS) encompassing the areas of asset, space, and work order management systems to provide the information database and tools necessary to manage its facilities, infrastructure, buildings and grounds, and land in the most cost effective manner.

Responses to this RFI are due no later than 4:30 p.m. on September 21, 2007. Please submit two hard copies and one electronic copy (email or CD) of the response to the OFFICE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII, BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES BUILDING B-102, 1960 EAST WEST ROAD, HONOLULU, HAWAII 96822. Any questions relating to this RFI should be directed to Ryan Kurashige at the e-mail address and telephone number referenced above. The University of Hawaii reserves the right to issue a formal Request for Proposals based on the responses received to this RFI.
