NOTICE
The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on March 14, 2007, passed the following bills on Second Reading by the following votes:
BILL 19 (2007) Land Use amendment of the Hawaii Capital Special District. (Amending Chapter 21, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, as amended (the Land Use Ordinance), relating to certain provisions of the Hawaii Capital Special District.)
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okina, Tam 9.
BILL 20 (2007) Honolulu zone change. (Amending a portion of Zoning Map No. 4, Nuuanu-McCully, Ordinance 86-108 as follows: rezoning lands situated at Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, from A-2 Medium Density Apartment District with a 100-foot height limit to B-2 Community Business District with a 130-foot height limit; from A-2 Medium Density Apartment District with a 65-foot height limit to A-2 Medium Density Apartment District with a 45-foot height limit; and from B-2 Community Business District with a 100-foot height limit to B-2 Community Business District with a 130-foot height limit.)
