2. Bill 87 (2004), CD1 Relating to solid waste. (Establishing new recycling, reuse, composting and waste diversion goals for the City for its municipal solid waste.)
3. Bill 52, CD1 Relating to the lease and rental of City facilities. (Excluding from the calculation of rent payable for the Neal S. Blaisdell Centers arena, concert hall, meeting rooms, and for the Waikiki Shell monetary donations collected by a religious organization as part of its worship services held there.)
4. Bill 54, CD1 Relating to County tax credit. (Making certain changes to the county tax credit to address concerns raised regarding the implementation of the tax credit by the State Department of Taxation.)
