Assistant Director of Alumni Relations-
Membership & Marketing
Is responsible for building & sustaining University of Hawai`i Alumni Association (UHAA) memberships. The Assistant Director will accomplish this through the development & implementation of an effective membership & marketing plan & the creation & maintenance of affiliated partnerships with organizations that provide services to alumni.
Administrative Assistant
Provides support to the Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations, Alumni Relations staff, & the University of Hawaii Alumni Association Board of Directors. This includes screening & handling telephone & electronic communications, greeting & directing visitors, making travel arrangements, maintaining files, paying expenses, & dealing with other administrative issues & inquiries as they arise.
