Existing Use: Hydroponics and/or Aquaponics, Plant Nursery, Sawmill, Storage, and Vacant.
Existing Zoning: AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District
Land Area Being Rezoned: Approximately 7.981 acres (347,652 square feet)
Request: The Applicant, Leo’Ole LLC, is proposing to change the zoning of approximately 7.981 acres, from the AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District to the R-5Residential District.
The proposed zone change request is available for viewing at the Department of Planning and Permitting or online at www.honoluludpp.org/Planning/ ZoneChanges.aspx. Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing by registering at the public hearing. Written testimony (15 copies) may be filed with the Planning Commission at least two (2) business days before the date and time of the hearing. Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit written testimony.
