NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 2:00 p.m., on AUGUST 11, 2017, in the Purchasing Division, Building C, Mezzanine Level, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii for the furnishing and delivery of THEBUS TIMETABLES FOR 2017-2018 to Oahu Transit Services, Inc.
Pursuant to Section 7, SUBMISSION OF BJD, of the General Instructions to Bidders, copies of bids transmitted directly to OTS Purchasing Division via facsimile machine or e-mail shall not be acceptable.
The bidder’s attention is directed to Section 103D-1003, H.R.S., as amended, which provides for preference for printing, binding, and stationery work performed within the State.
