The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking legal services in support of HART’s acquisition of real property whether by negotiation or eminent domain.

Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Sealed Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm HST, July 25, 2017 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
