The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking appraisal and appraisal review services for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (HRTP).

Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Sealed Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm HST, July 28, 2017 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
