The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking service in the field of construction for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project’s On-Call Construction Contractor Contract “IV”.

Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Sealed Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. HST, July 17, 2017, at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
