Physical Plant Management (Residence Hall Manager) PBA, position number 80603, UH Hilo, Student Affairs, University Housing, full-time, special funds, permanent, live-in, to begin approximately August 2017, pending position clearance and availability of funding.

Duties: This is a live-in position responsible for the daily operation of assigned residence hall(s). Responsibilities include but not limited to policy enforcement, hall programming, staff recruitment, training and supervision, emergency physical plant maintenance, health and safety concerns, etc. Other duties as assigned.
