FINAL DESIGN CONTRACT
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. RFQ-HRT-1088719

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking professional services in the fields of architecture and engineering for a Design Consultant for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (HRTP). Under this contract, the Design Consultant will produce construction documents, design drawings, and specifications for the purpose of construction to relocate existing 138kV overhead lines underground at Kamehameha Highway.

Statements of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications are due no later than 2:00pm HST, July 12, 2017 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
