SEALED BIDS will be received up to and publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on June 2, 2017, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc. 811 Middle Street, Building C, Second Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819 for the following project:

To be eligible to bid, the prospective bidder must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), relating to the licensing of contractors.

Forms of certification, proposal and specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Building C, Mezzanine level, 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819, upon application for Proposal Document No. 2017-14, or the bid solicitation may be requested via e-mail, directed to paula.ignacio@thebus.org.
