I. (Galvanized Iron) Pipeline Replacement; Fixing the Form, Denominations, and Certain Other Details of Such Bonds and Providing for the Sale Thereof; and Authorizing the Taking of Other Actions Relating to the Issuance and Sale of the Bonds.
