Crabtree, Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, 5th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 27th day of June, 2017, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Lynn Y. Wakatsuki, Deputy Corporation Counsel, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 530 South King Street, Room 110, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
