COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM FUNDS
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed reprogramming of CDBG and HOME funds is provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram CDBG and HOME funds from prior and current year projects and appropriate CDBG and HOME funds to Fiscal Year 2017 acquisition and financial assistance project(s) that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve CDBG and HOME program goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the following Fiscal Year projects are provided for your information and use.

Project Description: Installation of a photovoltaic system on Goodwill’s Ohana Career and Learning Center.
