NOTICE OF KANEOHE BAY ORMA PERMIT RENEWALS

Per Hawaii Administrative Rule 13-256-73.10, Notice is hereby given that the following incumbent companies: All Hawaii Cruises, Inc., Club Kona, Dreamer Yacht Charters, Hawaii Bluewater Sailing, Kaneohe Bay Cruises, Kualoa Ranch Hawaii, Inc., Mid Pacific of Hawaii, Morning Star Cruises, Watersports, Inc., and Windward Sea Yacht Charters; may reapply for an Ocean Recreation Management Area Commercial Use Permit in Kaneohe Bay Ocean Waters on May 31, 2017.

We invite any public comments on the above listing of incumbent Kaneohe Bay Commercial operators. Any request that a permit not be issued must be accompanied by factual supporting documentation showing the incumbent permittee’s failure to meet permit issuance requirements for Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 256.

Please submit all comments to the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819, no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 1, 2017.
