The Estate of WILLIAM CHESTER PETTIT, JR., Deceased
Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 1:30 P.M. before the Presiding Judge, in Probate, in his courtroom, Circuit Court Building, Lihue, Kauai, is appointed the time and place for hearing all matters concerning the distribution of said estates. All creditors are notified that their claims against the said estate(s), duly verified under oath, must be filed with the undersigned within sixty days from April 5, 2017, the date of publication hereof. All persons claiming to be heirs are requested to file notice of such claims within such period.
