NOTICE

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on February 22, 2017 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 17-04 [Bill 48 (2016)] – To rezone land situated at Moanalua, Oahu, Hawaii.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 17-05 [Bill 69 (2016), CD1] – Relating to automated external defibrillators.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 17-06 [Bill 70 (2016)] – Relating to real property taxation.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on February 22, 2017 and was returned March 10, 2017, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 17-07 [Bill 64 (2016), CD1] – Relating to motor vehicle registration.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.
