NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) § 305J-5(a)(1) and Chapter 91, the Director of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs will hold at least one public hearing to discuss and take testimony on any proposed rules under HRS Chapter 305J, Post-Secondary Education Authorization.
The public hearing will be held as follows:

The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony on the proposed rules. All interested persons are encouraged to review the proposed rules prior to the public hearing. A copy of the proposed rules are available for review during normal business hours at: Director’s Office, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Room 310, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The proposed rules are also available at the Hawaii Post-Secondary Education Authorization Program (HPEAP) website: http://cca.hawaii.gov/hpeap.
All interested persons shall be afforded the opportunity to submit their oral or written comments at the time of the public hearing. Whether testimony is presented orally or not, interested persons are encouraged to put their comments in writing and submit them to DCCA HPEAP via the following:
