NOTICE

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on January 25, 2017 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 17-01 [Bill 69 (2015), CD1] – Relating to public transit.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi*, Manahan, Martin*, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 17-02 [Bill 66 (2016), CD2] – Relating to real property dedication for government owned agricultural land.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on January 25, 2017 and was returned February 10, 2017, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 17-03 [Bill 8 (2015), CD1, FD1] – Relating to public parks.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante*, Kobayashi*, Manahan, Menor, Pine – 6.
NOES: Councilmembers Fukunaga, Martin, Ozawa – 3.
