The Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on Certificate of Need application #17-01A: Hawaii Pacific Imaging, LLC for the acquisition of the Positron Emission Tomography and Computed Tomography physician’s practice located at 500 Ala Moana Blvd., Ste. 5B, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $320,000. The meeting will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2017, 10:00 a.m., at 1177 Alakea Street, Room 401, Honolulu, HI. Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
