YOU ARE NOTIFIED pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) Chapters 91, 92, 436B and 467 that the Real Estate Commission will conduct a HEARING in case REC 2006-198-L to determine if your real estate salesperson’s license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, if monetary fines, restitution, costs of service and any other relief authorized by law should be imposed. On 12/9/16 a Petition For Disciplinary Action was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”). It alleges facts and violations of state law and/or administrative rules. Copies of the allegations and charges, and any other document that has been filed in the case, are available at the OAH.

The HEARING will occur on March 7, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in a room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Check in at the OAH, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
