(Clarifying development standards for structures with integrated commercial and dwelling uses; revising development standards for height and street setbacks in the business, business mixed use, and industrial mixed use districts; and establishing appropriate standards for bicycle parking.)

22. Bill 69 (2016) and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Zoning and Housing – Relating to automated external defibrillators. (Promoting public health, safety, and welfare by enhancing access to automated external defibrillators.)
