2. Resolution 17-3 – Relating to the nomination of Nelson H. Koyanagi, Jr., to serve as the Director of the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
3. Resolution 17-4 – Relating to the nomination of Gary K. Nakata, to serve as the Director of the Department of Community Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
4. Resolution 17-5 – Relating to the nomination of Donna Y.L. Leong, to serve as the Corporation Counsel of the City and County of Honolulu.

10. Resolution 17-11 – Relating to the nomination of Carolee C. Kubo, to serve as the Director of the Department of Human Resources of the City and County of Honolulu.
11. Resolution 17-12 – Relating to the nomination of Mark D. Wong, to serve as the Director of the Department of Information Technology of the City and County of Honolulu.
12. Resolution 17-14 – Relating to the nomination of Michele K. Nekota, to serve as the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City and County of Honolulu.
13. Resolution 17-15 – Relating to the nomination of Clarke L.K. Bright, to serve as the Band Director of the Royal Hawaiian Band of the City and County of Honolulu.
14. Bill 74 (2015), CD1 – Relating to the Transit-Oriented Development Special District. (Establishing a special district with appropriate land use standards and guidelines for those areas around the Honolulu Rail Transit Project stations.)
15. Bill 75 (2015), CD1 – Relating to miscellaneous Land Use Ordinance amendments. (Clarifying development standards for structures with integrated commercial and dwelling uses; revising development standards for height and street setbacks in the business, business mixed use, and industrial mixed use districts; and establishing appropriate standards for bicycle parking.)
16. Bill 76 (2015), CD1 – To rezone land situated at Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii. (Rezoning from the R-5 Residential, R-7.5 Residential, A-2 Medium-density Apartment, B-1 Neighborhood Business, B-2 Community Business, and I-2 Intensive Industrial Districts; to the AMX-2 Medium-density Apartment Mixed Use, BMX-3 Community Business Mixed Use, IMX-1 Industrial-Commercial Mixed Use, and P-2 General Preservation Districts.)
17. Bill 68 (2016) – Relating to admission fees for the Honolulu Zoo. (Authorizing the Director of Enterprise Services to set admission fees for the Honolulu Zoo.)
18. Bill 70 (2016) – Relating to real property taxation. (Amending the amount of the deposit for an appeal.)
The items listed below have been published in anticipation of the action to be taken by the Committee on Zoning and Housing at its special meeting to be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017, and therefore, the City Council may or may not take action on the items or any amendments proposed thereto.

20. Bill 49 (2016) and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Zoning and Housing – To rezone land situated at Moanalua, Oahu, Hawaii. (Rezoning from the F-1 Military and Federal Preservation District to the R-5 Residential District.) (Applicant: Holy Family Catholic Academy)
21. Bill 52 (2016) and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Zoning and Housing – To rezone land situated at Moanalua, Oahu, Hawaii. (Rezoning from the F-1 Military and Federal Preservation District to the R-5 Residential District.) (Applicant: Church of Christ at Pearl Harbor)
22. Bill 69 (2016) and any amendments proposed thereto by the Committee on Zoning and Housing – Relating to automated external defibrillators. (Promoting public health, safety, and welfare by enhancing access to automated external defibrillators.)

Persons who have not registered to testify by 10 a.m. will be given an opportunity to present oral testimony on an item following the registered speakers by raising their hand at the time additional speakers are called upon.
