NOTICE

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on December 1, 2016 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 16-36 [Bill 58 (2016), CD1] – Relating to the housing development special fund.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 16-37 [Bill 61 (2016), CD1] – Relating to real property taxation.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on December 1, 2016 and was returned December 16, 2016, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 16-38 [Bill 55 (2016), CD1, FD1] – Amending Ordinance 16-25, relating to private transportation services and drivers.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.
