NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SEALED HIGH BIDS
FOR THE
HONOLULU RAIL TRANSIT PROJECT

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking a Concessionaire to manage, operate, maintain and provide concession services at the property located at 515 Lagoon Drive, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819. Written Notice of Intent to Bid must be filed by each prospective Offeror, on or before 4:30 p.m., HST, November 22, 2016, at HART, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.

Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Sealed High Bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., HST, December 9, 2016 at HART, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813.
