PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a second public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu because the notification requirements of Land Use Ordinance Section 21-2340-2(c) were not satisfied. The first public hearing was held on September 12, 2016.

Fasi Municipal Building, 650 South King Street, and are available to the public for inspection during office hours, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All interested persons are invited to attend. Those persons desiring to testify may register prior to the public hearing at the public hearing site and are encouraged to submit one copy of their testimony in writing.

Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony may be faxed (768-6743) or mailed (650 South King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813) to the department prior to the hearing and will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
