SEALED TENDERS will be received electronically and publicly opened at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 1, 2016, in the Office of the Purchasing Division, Department of Finance, County of Hawaii, Room 1101, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii, for the following:

FOR A LEASE CONCESSION TO OPERATE MOBILE VENDING STAND(S) AT VARIOUS PARK LOCATIONS, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, COUNTY OF HAWAI’I

Before any prospective bidder shall be entitled to submit a bid for the occupancy of any such space, he/she shall give written notice on or before November 17, 2016, to the Director of Finance, on a form provided by the Director, of the bidder’s intention to bid; the Director shall satisfy himself of the prospective bidder’s financial ability, experience and competence to carry out the terms and conditions of the contract that may be awarded.
