The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on August 3, 2016 and were subsequently approved on August 17, 2016 by the Mayor:

Ordinance 16-22 [Bill 38 (2016), CD2] – Relating to the Kapalama Hale Parking Facility.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 16-23 [Bill 39 (2016), CD1] – To rezone land situated at Waimanalo, Oahu, Hawaii (Amending Portion of Zoning Map No. 24, Waimanalo, Ordinance 86-125).
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.

Ordinance 16-24 [Bill 40 (2016), CD1] – Relating to maintenance of private streets and roads.

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on August 3, 2016 and was returned August 17, 2016, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 16-25 [Bill 38 (2016), CD2, FD1] – Relating to private transportation services and drivers.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 8.
NOES: Councilmember Elefante – 1.
